(High-Protein, Low-Carb, MCT-Rich, Office-Friendly)

A quick, clean lunch you can make anywhere with an air fryer. Lean protein, fiber, and MCTs—all in one basket.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small (3 oz) grass-fed sirloin filet

  • 1 cup broccoli florets ( or any of your favorites like asparagus, green beans, etc.)

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (for MCTs)

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Optional: pinch of smoked paprika or chili flakes

  • Optional: lemon wedge or fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C).

  2. In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with coconut oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Lightly season the sirloin filet with salt and pepper.

  4. Place both the seasoned steak and broccoli in the air fryer basket—broccoli on one side, steak on the other.

  5. Air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes, flipping the steak halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  6. Remove and let the steak rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing.

  7. Serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of herbs, if desired.
