(High-Protein, Low-Carb, MCT-Rich, Office-Friendly)
A quick, clean lunch you can make anywhere with an air fryer. Lean protein, fiber, and MCTs—all in one basket.
Ingredients:
-
1 small (3 oz) grass-fed sirloin filet
-
1 cup broccoli florets ( or any of your favorites like asparagus, green beans, etc.)
-
1 teaspoon coconut oil (for MCTs)
-
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
-
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-
Optional: pinch of smoked paprika or chili flakes
-
Optional: lemon wedge or fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
-
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
-
In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with coconut oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
-
Lightly season the sirloin filet with salt and pepper.
-
Place both the seasoned steak and broccoli in the air fryer basket—broccoli on one side, steak on the other.
-
Air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes, flipping the steak halfway through to ensure even cooking.
-
Remove and let the steak rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing.
-
Serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of herbs, if desired.
