Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup organic rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen or plant protein

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ banana (sliced)

  • Handful of blueberries

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

Instructions:

  1. Combine oats, chia, flax, and cinnamon in a small pot with milk.

  2. Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Stir in protein powder once off heat.

  4. Top with banana, blueberries, and almond butter.
