Ingredients:

¾ cup organic rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 scoop unflavored collagen or plant protein

½ tsp cinnamon

½ banana (sliced)

Handful of blueberries

1 tbsp almond butter

¾ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
Instructions:

Combine oats, chia, flax, and cinnamon in a small pot with milk.

Simmer for 5ā7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in protein powder once off heat.

Top with banana, blueberries, and almond butter.
